You gave us food and water. Thank very much because we have food and water we can use everyday. I am so happy with my promotion to sergeant. I have new responsibilties as newly promoted officer. I will do my best to fulfill my duty as a senior officer and to show a good example for my subordinates. Thank you).

(When our Battalion Commander came, we got our wishes. But we should deliver performance in retun. This promotion means weightier responsibilities with higher levels of work at results. We should not look back on whatever shortcomings we had in the past. This is the time for us to level up and improve our performance. Whoever is promoted to a higher rank, all of us share the glory. We will continue on guiding our troops on right direction for the public good because this is what is expected of us.)

Lt. Col. Ryan Severo, Battalion Commander of 10IB said: “We are grateful to MGen Rolly Bautista for his inspiration and leadership where the high morale of troops is sustained.
